Protein Synergy is a protein blend that has been designed as a specific muscle growth (anabolic) protein. It’s a single protein supplement which meets all of your needs. Synergy is a protein blend of 5 types,  including Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), Micellar Casein, and egg albumen. Synergy uses only grass-fed whey from healthy, happy cows to add to the nutritional profile. The carefully-selected blend of proteins in Protein Synergy was chosen to provide hard-training athletes with superior muscle growth with both fast and medium release proteins.

Our Synergy Protein blend is explicitly designed to facilitate muscle growth and prevent muscle break-down in highly active individuals, especially elite athletes. Exact results vary as they will depend on the type of training program you are using.

Synergy Protein Blend – Complete Growth Formula

Our Synergy protein blend was designed as a specific muscle growth (anabolic) protein. The signature blend of 5 proteins in these products provides hard training athletes with a superior natural amino acid profile essential for gaining muscle mass and strength.

The five proteins included in these supplements are hydrolysed whey protein isolate (whey peptides), high glycomacropeptide whey protein isolate (WPI), whey protein concentrate (WPC), micellar casein (milk protein isolate) and it wouldn’t be complete without egg albumen. These were carefully selected not only for their specific amino acid profiles but for their unique absorption rates. As a result, Protein Synergy delivers a constant supply of essential amino acids into the bloodstream for hours after consumption, ensuring a high positive nitrogen balance is maintained for maximal muscle growth.

One of the most critical muscle-building properties of Protein Synergy is how easy it is to drink. There is no point in having all the incredible nutritional benefits in a product if it doesn’t taste good. That’s why the final critical components of this anabolic protein powder are the deliciously different flavours and creamy consistency. Care has been taken to give Protein Synergy a smooth, full-bodied texture that leaves you satisfied but not bloated.

Protein Synergy Ingredients

Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate (Whey Peptides)

Almost immediately, Protein Synergy starts providing your body with di and tri-peptides from hydrolysed whey protein isolate. We have included it because this is the most rapidly absorbed protein available. It is quickly broken down by the body so that you can start reaping the benefits of this high-quality protein.

These same peptides start the muscle-building process by stimulating the liver to produce anabolic growth factors that stimulate muscle growth. Whey peptides don’t make you bloat or cause gas, so they can be less harsh on sensitive stomachs.

Whey Protein Isolate (WPI)

Next to step in is pure grass-fed WPI, starting to supply amino acids to the body as the hydrolysed whey protein isolate finishes its delivery of these. Is whey protein isolate good for you? WPI has a low fat and carb count to help you reduce your calorie intake, so it’s great for your health.

Perhaps even more importantly, WPI contains plenty of bioactive protein peptides. These work to help you grow your muscles and have been associated with antioxidant, anticancer, and antimicrobial properties.

Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)

WPC provides the amino acids required to produce higher levels of glutathione within the body. Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant that exerts immune-boosting effects on the body, helping to protect it from oxidative exercise stress that can hinder training progress and diminish muscle gain.

Egg Albumen

Being more slowly digested than whey but quicker than casein, egg white albumen is the original protein ‘gold standard’. Its content of muscle-building amino acids continue to spread throughout your body while casein begins its slow release as well.

Micellar Casein (Milk Protein Isolate)

Now begins the slow release of the micellar casein lasting for as long as 7 hours. Research shows that this can increase the time that your body remains in positive nitrogen balance to assist with muscle growth. Plus, it works to help your body absorb amino acids more efficiently.

Q & A

Is a protein blend better than whey? Ash Horton asked on July 27, 2021

It depends on what you're trying to use the product for. A whey protein is a much more quickly absorbed protein which is really good for after training. Whereas a whey blend has the different amino acid profiles of Whey, egg and different types of casein. Not all Whey's absorb at the same time. Synergy has a time-release where the protein is releasing into your system over an eight hour period. In comparison, a whey protein would be only up to half an hour to two hours, depending on the type of Whey. If you're looking for something which is a much more sustained release, like a nighttime protein or you're looking for a much more rounded amino acid profile, then the synergy is a better product.

People rave about Synergy, but I found this protein a bit hard on the stomach. I have loads of friends that use it without issue though.

I was trying to build muscle and tried a few proteins but they didn’t work. I have discovered Synergy 5, and the findings speak for themselves.
