I am an amateur bodybuilder who has competed in both the INBA VIC titles and IFBB VIC titles
2007 – IFBB VIC Titles 3rd Novice Men
2007 – INBA VIC Natural Physique Titles 2nd Intermediate Men
2005 – INBA VIC Natural Physique Titles 4th Novice Men
I’m planning on Competing again this year in the INBA VIC titles and Australia titles
WHICH INTERNATIONAL PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU USE?
Amino Charged WPI
I have a Synergy 5 shake for breakfast after my oats first thing in the morning (meal 1). The N.O. Ignition I consume roughly 15-25 mins before I work out in the afternoon for a pre workout energy boost. Immediately after training I use the Amino Charged WPI where I also add extra glutamine to my post workout shake. I’ll also have WPI/Glutamine before bed to help me recover and grow while I sleep.
To win the INBA Victorian/ Australian titles and to compete in the Natural Olympia
My training split is broken up into one/two muscle groups per day usually 5 days on 2 days off. I use the following program during the off season. I train heavy weights and range from 3-5 sets per exercise doing between 8 – 12 reps
MON – Quads, Hamstrings and Calves
TUES – Chest and Abs
WED – Back and Traps
THURS – Biceps, Triceps and Abs
FRI – Shoulders and Calves
SAT – Rest
SUN – Rest
I change my split in preparation for a contest and I also perform about 45-55 mins of cardio first thing in the morning everyday.
