Amino Charged WPI
Synergy 5
L-Glutamine
N.O Ignition
I take Synergy 5 with my breakfast first thing in the morning meal 1. The N.O. Ignition I consume roughly 20 mins before I workout late in the afternoon for a pre workout energy boost. Immediately after training I use the Amino Charged WPI. I also add extra glutamine to my post workout shake. I’ll also have WPI/Glutamine before I go to sleep.
COMPETITIVE GOAL:
To compete and place in the top 3 in the INBA Australian titles and the Natural Olympia
TRAINING REGIME/PROGRAM:
My training split is broken up into one/two muscle groups per day usually 5 days on 2 days off. I use the following program during the off season. I train heavy and range from 4 – 6 sets per exercise doing between 8 – 12 reps.
MON – Chest and Abs
TUES – Legs, Hamstrings and Calves
WED – Back and Traps
THURS – Arms and Abs
FRI – Shoulders and Calves
SAT – Rest
SUN – Rest
I change my split in preparation for a contest and I also include cardio first thing in the morning everyday.
