WHICH INTERNATIONAL PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU USE?

 

I include ALL of International Protein Supplements into my eating plan.

I am a brain tumor survivor and as a consequence of surgery I was left with a swallowing disability and was no longer able to have any food orally. Every meal I have is fed through my stomach via a PEG tube.

Throughout the years after studying and understanding nutrition I was using supplements to maintain my active lifestyle. As taste was not an issue for me I tried many products on the market.

My main function that I needed from a product was the way it was being processed and manufactured. The more natural the product was, the better. Also, how the product would be absorbed by the body, was also a concern of mine. The designers of International Protein took all of this into consideration when designing their range. I can honestly say that the range is definitely the one that I continuously use as well as promote for the best functionality and results.

My clients love the taste and cannot stop raving about it. Personally, it’s nutritional benefits have not only helped me in my competitive career but more importantly in my overall and well being.

I pretty much use Extreme Mass throughout the day with a combination of natural foods that I am able to blend by making a shake such as, rice and Extreme Mass or peanut butter, a banana and Extreme Mass.

Throughout the day I use Synergy 5 making sure that I have a steady absorption of complete proteins.

The WPI Amino Plus comes in handy pre and post workouts along with the L-Glutamine, and the Extreme Carbs is really handy to have on those intense workout days.

I continuously adjust the combination of all the products depending on which phase I am in during my on/off season.

It keeps changing but generally its a body part once a week with a heavy leg day and a giant sets leg day in a week. So as an example

Tues: Back

Wed: Heavy Legs

Thurs: Shoulders

Friday: Arms

Sat: Giant Sets Legs
