WNBF 2010 NSW Championships- Overall Mens Bodybuilding Champion
Soccer- Represented NSW and Australia at World level from 1998 to 2004
Played all over the world and for the NSL top league in Australia
Represented the Australian institute of Sport for 2 years

WHICH INTERNATIONAL PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU USE?
Nick uses International Protein Glutamine, Superior Whey and Extreme mass
I use Glutamine and Superior Whey after training to maintain muscle and for growth and
recovery. I use Extreme Mass In the off season to put on some serious size.
COMPETITIVE GOAL:
To win the World Amateur Lightweight Title and to be awarded a WNBF Pro card
TRAINING REGIME/PROGRAM:
Off season I train four days a week I try stick to low reps and high intensity to put on
size with lots of rest for recovery for the growth of muscle.
Preparing for comp- I train six days weights one body part a session and seven days
cardio 45min to an hour a session. I try to keep the same amount of weight as my off
season and use supersets more frequently in my program to maintain the size and to
bring out the definition and with also using the right supplements.
My theory is to always keep up your intensity and picking the right supplements for you
body type because training hard and feeding your body is the only way to prepare for
bodybuilding.
