NAME:Michael Skiladellis
AGE:21

OCCUPATION:Uni Student / Personal Trainer

YEARS COMPETING:3

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SPORT:

In competitive bodybuilding I am required to have preparation phases

1. A bulking phase where I am consuming over 3000 calories and performing heavy compound movements to pack on as much muscle as possible without excessive fat.

2. The most important phase is the pre competition phase where I have to constantly manipulate my diet by reducing calories, deplete and load carbohydrates and increase protein and fiber to increase muscular definition and reduce bodyfat. This is the hardest phase because your metabolic rate keeps changing and have to make sure every meal is weighed and eaten every 2.5 hours to ensure no muscle loss.
