BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SPORT:

I currently compete in the INBA Federation and will be looking to also compete in the ANB Federation in 2012. At present, I train 4 times a week with no cardio because I dont believe in it. I’m taking a new approach to my dieting and that is to eat clean all year round so that when I start my prep for next years shows, I start in a good position.

WHICH INTERNATIONAL PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU USE?

This is typically a normal day. When prepping for a show though, I usually add NO Ignition pre workout and glutamine through out the day.

Oats and one scoop of Synergy Vanilla

One scoop of Synergy 5 and a teaspoon of Krealkalyn

COMPETITIVE GOAL:

Initially, my first goal is to take a class 4 Queensland title. Then set my sights on mixing it with the best for an Australian Title

TRAINING REGIME/PROGRAM:

I change my training cycle every 4 to 6 weeks, adding or removing exercises depending on what I want to work on, strength training objectives and current injuries. At this point in time I’m currently training four times a week with legs twice a week, chest/back and shoulders/ arms on the other days.
