BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SPORT:

My Sport is Flatwater Kayaking. There are 2 types of kayaking, marathon and sprint. I mainly compete over sprint distances 200m, 500m and 1000m. Both 200m and 1000m are Olympic race distances for men and 200m and 500m for women.

WHICH INTERNATIONAL PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU USE?

Jordan has Amino WPI and Glutamine immediately after a workout or training.

Extreme Mass and Glutamine before bed for slower release proteins.

COMPETITIVE GOAL:

My goals are surrently to perform well on a national level. I would like to win the 200m at state titles next year and place in the top 4 at nationals. Other than that I would just like to continue working hard at what I do and see where it takes me.

TRAINING REGIME/PROGRAM:

Monday – Cardio and on the water training

Tuesday – Cardio training in the morning

Strength training at night

Wednesday – K2 training with my brother

Thursday – Strength training in the morning

Paddling at night

Friday – Day off

Saturday – Paddling in the morning

Sunday – Paddling in the morning
