Monday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu-MMA – Cage 7.30pm – 9.30pm

Tuesday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 6.00pm – 7.00pm then 730pm – 830pm Real Training fitness & weights

Wednesday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu-MMA – Cage 7.30pm – 9.30pm

Thursday: Boxing 7.00am-8am & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 6.00pm – 8.00pm

Friday: Rest Day

Saturday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu-MMA – Cage 10.30pm -1pm

Sunday: Beach Running – or Rest Day
