BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SPORT:
There are many styles of Taekwondo, the one on which I compete in is WTF (World Taekwondo Federation) Olypmic style taekwondo. My style consists of mainly kicks and body punches. Each body kick is scored with one point, each head kick three points and each rotational kick to the body is worth two points.Each punch to the body that makes the other player’s body move counts as one point. Taekwondo is a Korean national sport and is used by the south Korean military, taekwondo can be used in self-defense, exercise and discipline.

COMPETITIVE GOAL:
My goals have started to complete themselves, I have always wanted to compete at a world event let alone world cup and world championships, my future goals is to medal at major international event and to make the Olympic team for London. Major achievements for myself is making world championship team Denmark 2009 and world championship team Urumqi, China 2010.
