BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR SPORT:

I compete in the IFBB and NABBA organisations as an amateur bodybuilder hoping one day to turn professional. Training consists of 6 days a week of weight training and 6-7 days of cardio training which varies on the way I’m looking.

WHICH INTERNATIONAL PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS DO YOU USE?

Amino Charged WPI

Synergy 5

Extreme Carbs

L-Glutamine

N.O Ignition

Kre-Alkalyn (will start using after I finish competitions this week)

Off season I use a combination of the Amino Charged WPI with Extreme Carbs between meals and post workout and Protein Synergy 5 before bed as a slower release protein or a meal replacement if my schedule is busy.

I also use the Glutamine religiously all year round for recovery/growth and immune system support. Pre contest I cut the carb powder out and just use Amino Charged WPI and Protein Synergy 5.

I use the N.O Ignition pre workout as a good non-stimulant based nitric oxide product and to help focus.

COMPETITIVE GOAL:

My short term goal is to win the Junior IFBB Australia title (which Ben did) and then would like to one day turn professional and compete on the international circuit.

TRAINING REGIME/PROGRAM:

Off season is a 5 day split:

Monday: legs

Tuesday: chest, calves

Wednesday: Rest

Thursday: Back

Friday: Delts, Traps, Calves

Saturday: Arms

Pre contest is similar however I usually throw in an extra weight training day for whatever weak body part I think needs to build up.

Cardio is also gradually overloaded as the weeks near the contest day pending on the look of my physique.
